Ms. Zoe Valero-Ramón Degree in Telecommunications Engineering at Universidad Politècnica de València and PhD candidate. She has more than ten years of experience in European and Spanish funded projects as researcher. She has mainly specialized ICT supporting health and social care, and patient empowerment through education and training. Her research is focused on the improvement and knowledge extraction of health-care processes by means of process mining techniques.
