PM4H core is the Interactive Process Mining (IPM) methodology, which uses the Process Mining application known as PMApp as mean to interact with health professionals to find relevant information for them.

These interactions are guided by the recently created Interactive Process Mining-informed Change Management methodology for healthcare. IPM is a disruptive technology with a lot of potentials but like any change, need to be managed to make this process going smoothly.

This methodology is used in VALUE project in six use cases to be implemented in Centro Hospitalar e Universitario de Coimbra (Portugal), Karolinka University Hospital (Sweden), Erasmus MC University Medical Center (Netherlands), Vall d’Hebron Hospital (Spain), Instituto de Investigación Biomédica de Salamanca (Spain) and Servicio Madrileño de Salud (Spain).
